Program Outcomes
GYST aims to develop a range of skills and attributes over the two day period. Some of the outcomes you can expect are listed below.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES OUTCOMES:
The development of Personal Competencies will allow the participants to develop a robust framework for self guidance in ones own behaviour and state.

The participant will have a greater understanding of how to:

  • Identify which emotions they are dealing with and why
  • Understand the links between these emotions and the impact on what they say and do
  • Develop a guiding awareness of their values and goals
