Shane Fitzgibbon is an accomplished goal-orientated manager with over 25 years experience and a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that support business and financial objectives. He has developed a skill set of working with senior management to install and implement change processes as well as sales management systems.
Over his career, he has owned and operated a number of successful commercial businesses with bottom line P&L responsibility, including a skin care manufacturing firm. He has worked and consulted to large corporate companies across Australia. As a former key client consultant for Mercuri International, a Swedish based sales development consulting company, he has experience in the delivery, management and implementation of various client sales development projects.
He has also worked in TAFE and the Higher Education sector at Victoria University, an RTO and as a business development manager at DeakinPrime, a division of Deakin University. So he understands a thing or two about sales, learning and people development.
In his last role prior to establishing his latest venture, Shane Fitzgibbon & Associates, Shane was the Instructional Design and Development Manager for Telstra Business, where he performed many project roles. Shane’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Education. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Monash University.
He has also delivered public and in company project management workshops for the Australian Institute of Management in Victoria.
